The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

From children under 13, we collect the email address and use the email address to directly contact children as necessary to provide our Services. Chilren are not required to provide an email and caregiver's may provide the parent or caregiver email in place of a child's email. We collect and utilize children's first name and last name and send this information to individuals as necessary to provide our Service. We collect and use state and ZIP/Postal code as necessary to provide our services. We may also collect additional information from children (such as disability, low-income status, free and reduced lunch status, and first-generation college student status).
